Documents Checklist

This list is universal for everyone. The majority of citizens of countries require to apostille the documents (stamped official certificate). Some of them (for example, Canada!) has special terms of legalization.

THIS IS THE MINIMUM, BUT IT IS A SUFFICIENT SET OF DOCUMENTS. Everything listed here is required.

If it said that you need an apostille or a translation, it means that you need an apostille and a translation. If it’s not indicated – don’t do it.

If you have additional proofs, combine them into a single proof on upload. You’ve got a letter from an investor? Attach it to business plan!

<aside> ⁉️ Do I need a NIE number and a digital certificate to upload? No, don’t waste your precious time. It takes forever to get TIE, get used to it. So if you’re lucky, you’ll get it only by chance at the airport, may be. The truth is that NIE number won’t help you. And it will be assigned automatically by Spanish authorities after they start to considerate your documents. So anyone with an electronic signature can upload documents. Ask us!
